Terms of service

These Terms of Service (also called our "terms") apply to your use of https://2yall.co (the "Site"), which is run by Fabio Alcantara, a sole proprietor doing business as 2YALL and based in North Carolina ("2YALL," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What the Site is right now

The Site currently shows our lookbook and lets you join our waitlist. Nothing is for sale on the Site yet. Before ordering opens, we'll post our full Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy, and those will apply to any purchase.

2. The waitlist and our emails

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't oblige you to buy anything. When you join, we'll ask you to confirm by email. Once you confirm, we may email you about 2YALL, including early access and launch news. You can unsubscribe anytime with the link in any email. Any early-access offer will come with its own terms, stated with the offer. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

3. Our content

The Site and everything on it, including the 2YALL name, logos, designs, photos, videos, and text, belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy, sell, or reuse our content, designs, or branding without our written permission.

4. Using the Site responsibly

Please don't misuse the Site. That includes trying to break or overload it, getting around its security, scraping it with automated tools, submitting false information, or using it for anything unlawful.

5. Product images and descriptions

Lookbook images and descriptions show our planned pieces. Colors can look different on different screens, and details may change before ordering opens. The product page at the time you order will control.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. If you keep using the Site after an update, the updated terms apply.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by North Carolina law, but that doesn't take away any rights you have under the laws of the state where you live.
